Ingredients
- Packet of vanilla sugar 1
- Sugar 150 g
- Soft butter 100 g
- Low protein flour 200 g
- Chestnut flour 50 g
- Cornflour 20 g
- Chocolate pudding powder 20 g
- Cranberries 50 g
- Baking powder 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cream 50 ml
- Mineral water (carbonated) 200 ml
Preparation
- Beat the butter, vanilla sugar and sugar until fluffy. Coarsely chop the cranberries. Add the flour, chestnut flour, starch, chocolate pudding powder, baking powder, salt, mineral water, cream and cranberries and work into a smooth dough. Place the dough in the muffin tin and bake in the fan oven at 180 °C for approx. 35 minutes.
