  • Mayonnaise  100 g
  • Sour cream  60 g
  • Red onion  20 g
  • Gherkins  30 g
  • Pickled capers  1 tbsp
  • Mustard  1 tbsp
  • Herb mix (frozen)  2 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper 


  • Finely dice the onion and gherkins and finely chop the capers. 
    Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. 
    Serve with low-protein bread.
