- Mayonnaise 100 g
- Sour cream 60 g
- Red onion 20 g
- Gherkins 30 g
- Pickled capers 1 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tbsp
- Herb mix (frozen) 2 tbsp
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
- Finely dice the onion and gherkins and finely chop the capers. Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Serve with low-protein bread.
