Ingredients
- Sour cream 60 g
- Mayonnaise 60 g
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Peppers 80 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt
Preparation
- Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and finely dice. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Add the pepper and season with cumin and salt. Serve with low-protein bread. Tip: Tomatoes or cucumbers can be used instead of peppers.
