Ingredients
- Tomatoes 150 g
- Cucumber 150 g
- Carrots 150 g
- Yellow peppers 150 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder, 1 pinch of sugar
- Dill (chopped) 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Wash vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into eighths and slice the cucumbers. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Peel and grate the carrots. Place vegetables in a bowl. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt, paprika powder, sugar and pepper to make a dressing and pour it over the salad. Mix everything well and sprinkle with dill.
