Ingredients
- Cornflour 250 g
- Coconut flakes 100 g
- Butter 150 g
- Packet of vanilla sugar 1
- Cinnamon 2 tsp
- Brown sugar 100 g
- Salt ½ tsp
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough, first with the dough hook, then with your hands. Form 8 thumb-thick rolls from the dough. Cut the rolls into finger-thick slices. Preheat the oven. Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper at 175 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 15 min.
