Ingredients
- Cornflour 250 g
- Low protein flour 100 g
- Butter 200 g
- Packet of vanilla sugar 1
- Whole milk chocolate, grated 100 g
- Icing sugar 80 g
- Salt ½ tsp
Preparation
- Strain the icing sugar through a fine sieve. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough, first with the dough hook, then with your hands. Form 25 cookies from the dough. Preheat the oven. Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper at 175 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 25 min.
