Wash, peel and coarsely dice the potatoes and cook them in salted water for approx. 20 min. Drain the potatoes and mash or press them through a press and then leave them to cool. Peel, core and roughly grate the apples. Mix potatoes, apples, 1 tbsp sugar and cornflour. Knead the dough well. Form noodles from the potato mixture that are about 5 cm long. Heat the rapeseed oil in the pan and fry the potatoes in it until they are golden brown. Melt the butter, drizzle over the potatoes and briefly bake them in a hot oven. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the cinnamon and mix. Sprinkle over the bamers.
