Peel and coarsely dice the potatoes and then cook them in salted water for approx. 20 min. Drain the potatoes and press them through the potato press. Allow them to cool down. Peel the onion, dice finely and fry in oil. Allow them to cool down. Mix all the ingredients together and work into a dough. Divide into 12 equal pieces and form approx. 10 cm long rolls. Coat with water. Bake the potato sticks at 180 °C in a fan oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with dip.
