Asparagus, green (peel only the tip, approx. 2 cm) 230g
Rapeseed oil 1tbsp
Mayonnaise 30g

Preparation
Mix the flour, chestnut flour, salt and mineral water with an electric mixer until smooth. Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces and halve. Finely chop the garlic and fry in oil until golden brown. Add the asparagus, sauté for approx. 5 min. and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, preheat a non-stick frying pan. Pour the batter into the pan in portions and fry without fat until it is golden brown on each side. Spread the resulting wraps with mayonnaise, top with asparagus and wrap.
