Wash vegetables. Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces and halve. Slice the mushrooms. Peel the carrots. Remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut the carrots and peppers into bite-sized strips. Peel and chop the garlic and onion and fry in oil until they turn golden brown. Add the mushrooms, asparagus, carrots and peppers and fry for approx. 7 min. Season with soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with coriander. Serve with rice or low-protein rice.
